When I first walked in, I was struck by how they’ve managed to create a boutique feel without going overboard on the design elements.

Location & Getting Around

You know what’s great about staying here? Everything worth seeing is basically within walking distance. The main square buzzes with activity during the day, but it’s not the kind of tourist chaos you might expect. I mean, you’ve got the St. Michael’s Church right there, plus all those charming cafés spilling onto the cobblestones. The tram stops are close by too, which makes getting to other parts of the city pretty straightforward.

The Room Experience

My room was compact but thoughtfully designed — they’ve really maximized the space without making it feel cramped. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a three-star place, and I actually slept better than I expected given the central location. The bathroom was modern and clean, though don’t expect a ton of space to spread out your toiletries. What I appreciated most was how quiet it stayed at night, despite being right on the square.

  Great apartment tucked away just off Unirii Square, right in the centre of Cluj. Access is via an enclosed courtyard which is shared with a few other properties.
  
  Everything we needed was here, and the sights of Cluj are just a short walk away. We found out on leaving that our coach pick-up point was just across the road in the car park which was a nice bonus

  Right in the heart of the center. Very cozy, warm, comfy, quiet, great price, safe, and equipped with everything you need. Wonderful host. I was very happy and got good sleep here.
  
  What could be improved: -using the keys to open and close the door was a real nightmare for me, having to figure out the door knob issue and it was always giving me a hard time
  
  -hard to take a shower without being able to hang the shower head because the wall hanger is broken. Also the water is lukewarm, and i prefer hot water
  
  -the light from the boiler lit up the room at night. I like sleeping in a completely dark room, so i had to figure out how to cover it. The curtains don’t completely block the outside light also, but it’s manageable
  
  -if you have heavy luggage, the main gate has a high step and you might find it difficult having to left your luggage when you enter, but that’s not in their control. Not a problem
  
  Overall, I would still stay here again, no complaints I was very comfortable and I was able to deal with these minor issues. These are just suggestions for improvement 🙂 very grateful I found this place!
