  Apartament situat la parter, cochet, confortabil in zilele calduroase. Am vizitat Clujul in zile caniculare, dar apartamentul era racoros si placut. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost excelenta, a fost foarte amabil.

  Locatia a fost foarte aproape de raul Somes unde am putut sa mergem cu bicicletele spre centrul orasului. Am stat doar 2 nopti fiind in trecere. Apartamentul este de "3 camere" adica cu 2 dormitoare si un living, in plus bucataria unita cu un hol; la bucatarie am gasit toate cele necesare. Faptul ca au si masina de spalat si tot ce ai nevoie in bucatarie, plus un TV mare pe care pustiul meu l-a apreciat, uitandu-se cateva minute dimineata la desene inainte sa plecam in oras.
  
  What could be improved: Pentru unii poate fi un inconvenient faptul ca se afla la parter (un minus la initimitate, finid nevoie sa stai cu draperiile trase mere), este umiditatea mai mare, de unde si caloriferele incep mai usor sa oxideze; din alt punct de vedere poate fi un avantaj ca nu ai de urcat scari, aflandu-se la parterul unui bloc de 4 etaje. Este un parter inalt oricum.
