This four-star property sits on Iuliu Maniu street, and honestly, the location surprised me in the best way — you’re close enough to Cluj-Napoca’s energy without being stuck in the tourist chaos. The lobby has this warm, residential vibe that immediately puts you at ease.

The Neighborhood Experience

Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re actually staying where locals live and work, not in some sterile hotel district. There’s a decent bakery just around the corner that opens early (trust me on this one), and you can walk to the city center in about fifteen minutes if you’re feeling energetic. The tram connections are solid too, which locals will tell you is half the battle in Cluj-Napoca.

The Room

My room had that rare quality of feeling both modern and homey — clean lines but with enough personality to avoid that generic hotel feeling. The bed was properly comfortable, and they’ve clearly thought about the lighting (you know how hotel lighting can be weird). What really impressed me was the attention to storage space — someone here actually understands how travelers live. The bathroom felt spacious without being wasteful, and the water pressure was consistently good throughout my stay.

Dining and Daily Rhythms

The breakfast setup works well — it’s not an overwhelming buffet, but there’s enough variety to keep you happy for several days. I appreciated that they include some local touches alongside the standard options. The coffee is actually decent, which isn’t always a given. There’s also a small restaurant area where you can grab dinner if you’re not up for exploring the neighborhood, though I’d recommend venturing out at least once or twice.

  The room and the location was amazing. We travelled with our child and the room we were assigned to has a small terrace that was just what the child needed to go out and play by himself. Also, was a great place to have for us as well to chill out and have our eyes on our son.
  Additionally, the bed was amazing and comfy, the amenities just what we needed for our short stay.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing about the property itself. One inconvenient which is not the properties management fault is the lack of decent affordable parking in the area. The available parking spots close by are really expensive for long stays but if you don't mind a bit of walking, there are some really good spots 15 mins of walking time away.
