There’s something really nice about coming back to this calm pocket after a day of exploring the bustling downtown area.

The Room Experience

My room felt more like staying in a well-appointed apartment than a typical hotel setup. The space was thoughtfully designed with local touches that actually meant something, not just random Romanian decorations thrown around. What I really appreciated was how quiet everything was — you’d never guess you were in a city of over 300,000 people. The attention to detail was impressive too; everything from the linens to the bathroom fixtures felt carefully chosen rather than just ordered from a hotel supply catalog.

Here’s something that’ll matter if you’re driving — they have free private parking right on site. Trust me, after trying to navigate Cluj’s narrow streets and hunt for parking spots downtown, this is a genuine relief. The staff was incredibly helpful with local recommendations too, and I got the sense they actually live in the area and know what they’re talking about. They pointed me toward this little restaurant nearby that I never would have found on my own, and it ended up being one of my favorite meals of the trip.

  We've stayed in hundreds of accommodations around the world, and this was hands down one of the best. The host its's supper friendly, making us a lot of nice surprises like home-made sweets. The place itself it's spotless clean, in a very quiet location and safe neighborhood. Surrounded by a park. Fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need even for a longer stay. Highly recommended.

  We recommend this place for 100%. The place is clean, comfortable and the kitchen has everything needed. If with the car, you easily have a parkingspot. You can go for a walk in the park, to a nearby shop or to the big Iulius mall. The place has no livingroom but this is realy not an issue, you have a kingsize bed with a big screen TV in front. Last but not least, the hosts are very helpful and kind!!
