  The location is very good, the room was very clean .
  
  What could be improved: What I didn't like was that at night there was no heating, and when the outside temperature during my stay was 4-5 degrees you can understand how unpleasant it was inside the accommodation. We were in the city all day and when we returned late at night the heating did not work and the room was cold after a while. After some complaint, they came and raised the temperature a little but again at night the heating did not work. I would like to meet the owner but it was not possible. I will go to this accommodation again and I hope this problem is solved!

  The location was good. It had running water, hot and cold. There was a window and a tv.
  
  What could be improved: The stairs up to the room dont have lighting that can be accesed from the top of the stairs. The furniture was flimsy holding for its dear life. The drawer door fell apart by itself and scared us. Under the window there is mold. The air flow ventilator in the bathroom had a filter last changed when Bush was last president. The room had 2 extra beds that we had to dodge and manouver around to get to the bathroom. Some of the amenities promised were just missing: hairdrier, soap etc. The bed was weirdly shaped, the wooden frame managing to raise above the matress at all points. So that whenever you climbed in or out of bed you'd have to climb a wooden pole digging into you thigh.
  The worse part is that theres no one to talk to. Only a chatbot answer to questions that you might have.
