The neighborhood has this authentic Romanian residential feel that most visitors never experience.

What sets this place apart is the room setup — you’re getting proper apartment-style accommodations with a fully equipped kitchenette that’s actually functional (not one of those sad mini-fridges with a hot plate). I ended up cooking breakfast a few times, and honestly, it felt nice to have that option. The space is modern without being sterile, and there’s enough room to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase.

Practical Details

The staff here gets it — they understand that travelers need flexibility. Check-in was smooth, and they were genuinely helpful with local recommendations that went beyond the usual tourist spots. Parking can be a bit tricky in this area (like most of Cluj-Napoca), but they’ll sort you out with options nearby. The Wi-Fi is solid, which matters if you’re trying to plan your next day or catch up on work.

  We had really nice stay in this apartment, which is located in friendly and calm building. Host was very responsive and friendly. Apartment itself was super clean and had everything you need to enjoy your stay in Bucharest.

  The apartment was in exceptionally good condition, like brand new. Everything was clean. Communication with the host was easy, instructions were straightforward. Would really recommend to anybody who's willing to spend some time in the city.
  
  What could be improved: Parking can be bit of nerve wrecking for the first time around due to a steep entrace to the parking slots. A bit more kitchen equipment would be beneficital. Despite these minor things everything was great.

  The flat was really nice and very clean. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.   The apartment was well-maintained, comfortable, and had everything I needed during my stay.
  The location of the apartment is also great. We stayed at the 4th level of the building with spacious balcony and great view to the city.
  The apartment was in excellent condition when I moved in, and there was enough space for 2 adults and 3 children.
  The management was responsible. Any question was answered quickly.
  
  What could be improved: The only issue was the parking. Even if there was plenty of parking lots in the basement of the building. The ramp was too abrupt and cannot enter with a normal car. With SUV this should not be a problem.

  Amazing apartment, newly renovated, clean, spatious. Perfect for two couples or a goup of up to five people. The host gave clear instructions on Whatsap before check-in. Would recomend and stay there again myself.
  
  What could be improved: The only downside is the parking garage. It’s underground and the access is very steep, so not the best for longer cars. We were lucky because there was space to park outside.

  A very modern, clean and well equipped apartment.Great facilities, easy to access and very straight forward. Was very quite and soundproof, the whole flat was sparkling clean.
