There’s a decent grocery store within walking distance, and I spotted several cafes where locals hang out, not just tourists.

The Room Experience

My room was clean and thoughtfully arranged — nothing fancy, but everything worked properly. The bed was actually comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the bathroom had good water pressure, which isn’t always guaranteed in this price range. What struck me was the attention to small details: proper reading lights, enough outlets for charging devices, and blackout curtains that actually blocked light. The WiFi held up well even when I was video calling, which was a relief.

  Fantastic location right in the historic city centre, with plenty of great restaurants close by and taxis easy to get. The hotel staff were helpful throughout our stay. The seating area outside was nice in the evening and having tea and coffee facilities available in the communal areas was really useful. A very comfortable and convenient stay for our conference.

  We had a lovely stay here. The location, the room, the amenities – everything was excellent. The host let us check in earlier and was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. There is a fully equipped kitchen with available coffee and tea. It is also possible to leave your luggage in a locker. All in all a great value for money
