  locatie cu multa liniste (mai putin zborul avioanelor , mai ales ziua , foarte intens traficul) ,in cartier nou parcarea sub balcon aproape , in spatiu privat cu acces pe o poarta , utilat cu tot ce trebuie , confortabil , modern , frumos , etajul 1 , se urca trepte ; pentru plimbari in centru , recomand aplicatiile de ride sharing, sa nu-ti faci griji cu parcarea-este un oras foarte aglomerat; livrarea comenzilor de hrana , cca 45- 50 min, daca nu maninci in oras; over all as reveni cu placere
