The bed was properly comfortable (not just hotel-marketing comfortable), and the bathroom had that satisfying rainfall shower that actually works. What struck me most was the attention to detail — good lighting for reading, plenty of outlets, and blackout curtains that actually block light. The soundproofing is solid too, which matters when you’re connected to a busy shopping area.

The breakfast situation is pretty solid, though nothing revolutionary. What I appreciated was the variety — both Romanian specialties and international options that don’t taste like they’ve been sitting under heat lamps all morning. The coffee is actually decent, which honestly makes or breaks my hotel experience. Parking is straightforward since you’re using the mall’s system, and the staff genuinely seems to care about helping rather than just going through motions.

  The apartment was very nice and clean. The contact person was very friendly and helpful. I needed the sofa also and it was very good I fined the sheets in the closet.
  
  What could be improved: I booked the apartment because it was written they have a lift. When we arrived there it was no lift. I was with a disabled person who needed a lift so it was very disappointing. We called the property and we get a new apartment apartment in a different building with elevator. They don't have water glasses in the apartment and no knives. No hair drier.

  Great location near Vivo shopping mall. A little hard to find cos Bookings directions were wrong but the host was super responsive. He will also send you a video for check-in with all the details and that helped a lot! Spotless and nice view from the hill.
