You can walk to Piața Unirii in maybe three minutes, but you’re just far enough from the main tourist chaos that it actually feels peaceful at night. There’s a little grocery store practically next door — super handy when you want to grab coffee or snacks without hunting around.

The tram stop is close enough that getting to other parts of the city is no hassle, but honestly, most of what you’ll want to see in Cluj-Napoca is walkable from here. The Botanical Garden is maybe a 15-minute stroll, and you’re right in the thick of the old town’s restaurant scene.

Parking can be arranged if you’re driving (which I’d recommend asking about ahead of time), and the building is secure without feeling fortress-like.   The apartment was really nice, even better than we had hoped. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was fantastic—close to a tram stop, a mall, and a lovely playground for toddlers, which was perfect for our little one. Plus, the free coffee pads were a great bonus!
