  The apartment is well situated so even during hot days it was fairly cold.
  It is perfect for about 4 persons but can fit up to 6. Kitchen is well equiped so you can eat breakfast there. The balcony is really nice and really usefull if you smoke.

  The apartment was neat and clean and the host was friendly and helpful
  
  What could be improved: It was very warm and only one of the bedrooms had a fan. Additionally, the apartment is on the top floor and there is no elevator so it was a little tough getting our luggage up.

  Proprietate extrem de curata, in zona linistita, dotata cu toate cele necesare unei sederi placute, parcare proprie in fata blocului. Are si un balcon frumos amenajat unde poti sta seara sa privesti orasul. Cu siguranta vom reveni, totul a fost exceptional.

  Apartamentul este foarte curat, renovat modern.
  Bucătăria este completă, dormitoarele sunt mari, paturile sunt mari, mie mi s-au părut patul confortabil, au un balcon micuț in care poți sta la cafea sau la fumat, se vede parte din Cluj deci ai și ceva priveliște.
  Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost foarte buna, loc de parcare este rezervat în stradă, chiar în fața blocului.

  What could be improved: Ca minusuri, daca ar fi să găsesc:
  -usa de la baie se închide cam greu
  -apartamentul este renovat și aspectuos dar se vede că nu e nou, ar fi fost bune niște prize langa pat
  – pentru cei care stau mai mult cred că ar fi fost bun un dulap pentru haine, au totuși comode TV destul de încăpătoare
  Minusurile sunt doar minore.

  Locație bună, aproximativ 30 minute de mers pe jos până la principalele obiective (BT Arena,Centru, gradina botanica) . Ideal pt o familie.
