  The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful from beginning to end, always in contact and so accommodating given that my arrival and departure times were disrupted due to the airlines. The flat is a work of art, so beautiful, spacious, clean with an amazing location and view, had great facilities, everything one needs to feel at home.

  The apartment is large, nicely decorated, and has 3 huge flat screen TVs.
  
  What could be improved: It is in a very old, formerly grand building, on the 2nd floor, with no lift. Actually, what was worse, there was a lift there. But our apartment wasn't given a key for it. The owner didn't leave anything to eat or drink for us. In most apartments, coffee and tea are provided, and some fruit, or little snacks. Some even leave a bottle of wine. Nothing from this owner.
