I found myself sitting by the window with coffee, watching Cluj wake up slowly. The owners are around if you need recommendations, but they’re not hovering, which I appreciated. Parking can be tricky in this part of town, but they’ll point you toward the closest options that won’t break your budget.

  It is spacious, a lot of room. The beds are comfy, bed sheets were fresh and clean. The location is nice too, about a mile to the historical center of the city.
  
  What could be improved: 1. Mentioned "free parking" in fact is a relatively small garage. Owner claims it can fit Audi A4 which is possible, but if you're driving something of a size of Tiguan or have a roof rack, your car won't fit there – keep that in mind.
  There's public parking about a kilometer away – look for parking Hasdeu, it's like 15 EUR per 24 hours.
  2. It could use some renovation. Both bathrooms are tired, toilet seat in second bathroom, some small furniture fittings are simply broken.
  3. Wifi wasn't working. Maybe it could've been sorted with a router reset but I wasn't able to find it

  Casa este spațioasă, deși scrie că are 4 dormitoare, în realitate sunt 3 cu extra paturi în fiecare, plus 1 living cu 2 paturi. Dar ne-am descurcat, acest lucru nu a fost un impediment. Paturile și saltele sunt noi, foarte comode, am avut și extra așternuturi de pat lăsate la îndemână. Dispune de o mică terasă f potrivită pt luat masa/ieșit la fumat. Avantajele casei sunt locația și prețul. Recomand cu mare încredere.
  
  What could be improved: La curățenie ar trebui mai insistat puțin, mă refer la pardoseli, colțuri. Cred că serviciul de curățenie este externalizat și se face mai în grabă. Ca un sfat pt proprietar: schimbați uscătorul de vase care nu se potrivește cu chiuveta și se udă blatul de bucătărie, puneți și 2 prosoape de bucătărie să fie pt șters, rugați firma de curățenie să insiste și pe la colțuri. Altfel, recomand cu mare încredere.

  Ļoti labs dzīvoklis par draudzīgu cenu ! Dzīvoklis ir plašs, daudz istabu, ērtas gultas, aprīkots ar visu nepieciešamo, tīrs un kārtīgs. Līdz vecpilsētai var aiziet desmit minūtēs. Ir pieejama slēgta garāža vieglajai automašīnai.

  Ambianța familială, generozitatea spatiilor, liniștea zonei și amplasarea chiar în centrul orașului!! Cu siguranță vom reveni și cu alte ocazii !!

  Dobra lokalizacja – w pobliżu galeria handlowa, ok. 20 minut spacerem do centrum. Nie zaparkujesz przy obiekcie, o czym informują gospodarze w wiadomości.
  
  What could be improved: Willa, coć tak bym tego nie nazwał ma potencjał ale nie wykorzystany. Wyposażenie jest ubogie a wnętrze to zlepek róznego rodzaju wyposażenia i mebli. Czystośc pozostawia wiele do życzenia jednak pokoje, pościel i ręczniki są czyściutkie. Garaż raczej nie do użytku – bardzo trudny wjazd, większym autem nie ma szans.
