When I mentioned I was looking for a good local restaurant for dinner, the front desk manager didn’t just hand me a generic list — she actually called ahead to make sure they had a table and gave me specific dish recommendations. That kind of personal touch is rare these days. The daily housekeeping was thorough without being intrusive, and they somehow always managed to clean the room while I was out exploring.

  Beautiful historical building with all modern amenities, very clean and nicely furnished in quiet neighborhood yet only 10 minute walk to historical city center and close to most interesting cultural sites. Owner/host Adrian is extremely welcoming and is very helpful with any questions about the city and generously offers recommendations for restaurants and cultural sites that one may not have heard about.
