Location & Getting Around

You know what’s great about staying here? Everything you want to see is literally at your doorstep. The old town spreads out right below you, and I mean you can grab coffee at one of those cozy cafés on the square without even planning it. The trams and buses stop nearby, so getting to other parts of Cluj is easy — though honestly, I barely needed to leave this area. There’s this energy around Piața Unirii that makes you want to just wander and discover things.

The Space

The room setup surprised me in the best way. It’s more spacious than typical hotel rooms you’d find in the city center, and the kitchen area actually has everything you need if you want to grab some local produce from the market and cook something up. I appreciated having real glasses instead of those plastic hotel cups — small detail, but it matters. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which saved me when I needed to catch up on some work.

The Experience

What really struck me was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re in the heart of everything. The windows do a decent job blocking street noise, so you get that urban energy during the day but can actually sleep well. The hosts respond quickly to messages, and they clearly know their neighborhood — they pointed me toward this little restaurant tucked away on a side street that I never would’ve found otherwise. The place serves traditional Romanian dishes that locals actually eat, not just tourist versions.

You’re staying in a real apartment in one of Cluj’s most happening squares, getting an authentic feel for how the city actually works.   Very comfortable beautiful little apartment with everything you need, including sitting area, kitchenette and bathroom. Lovely decor and very clean. Excellent location in the centre. Good value.

  The property is very nice, basically you are on the city center, you just need to go out. I think ia perfect for an weekend in Cluj, if you want to be close to every important city attraction

  Tastefully fitted out towards interior court and very quiet.
