  What could be improved: One of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The place was dusty, nothing like the pictures, with only two tiny windows. The owner first approved early check-in, then delayed even the standard 15:00 check-in because it wasn’t cleaned. This disrupted my work schedule. The bathroom had hair everywhere, black mold (or something similar) in the corners, and the whole place was crawling with spiders—on the walls, furniture, everywhere. With severe arachnophobia, it was unbearable. I left after the first night, only returning to grab my clothes. Still no business invoice, despite asking for it. Over €500 for two nights—money completely wasted.

  Accesul foarte usor, proprietarul raspunde repede, noua ne-a placut acest loft situat la o aruncătură de băț de piata unirii. Este liniste si miroasă frumos

  Destul de aproape de centru, locația spatioasa, self check-in.
  
  What could be improved: Faptul ca am solicitat factura fiscala si deși inițial s-a promis ca se va face m-am trezit cu o hârtie A4 facuta la imprimanta fără nici o valoare juridic – fiscala. Pentru mine un mare minus, faptul ca proprietarul nu a fost 'fair' nici măcar după ce am cerut mai multe explicații.
  De asemenea patul deloc confortabil, plus faptul ca pentru 4 nopti am avut doar 1 prosop…..

  a fost aproape de centru, cafenele si magazin alimentar foarte aproape, iar la 2-3 minute statie de tramvai si aproximativ 20 min de mers pe jos spre centru
