You’re tucked away from the tourist crowds but still close enough to walk to the old town in about 15 minutes. The building itself has that solid, well-maintained feel you want when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two.

This four-star apartment actually lives up to its name — it genuinely feels luxurious without being stuffy about it. The bedroom is spacious enough that you’re not tripping over your suitcase, and the living area has this nice separation that makes it feel like a proper home base rather than just a place to crash. The kitchen is what really sold me though — it’s fully equipped, which means you can actually cook a decent meal if you want to skip restaurants for a night.

Location & Neighborhood

Strada Fabricii is one of those streets that locals know but tourists often miss, which works in your favor. There’s a small grocery store about two blocks away, and I found this great coffee spot just around the corner that doesn’t show up in guidebooks. You know what I really appreciated? The neighborhood stays quiet at night, but you’re still connected to everything that matters in Cluj-Napoca.

Daily Life Here

The parking situation is sorted — and if you’ve driven in Romanian cities, you’ll understand why that’s huge. The apartment gets great natural light throughout the day, which makes working from here actually pleasant if you need to catch up on emails. I mean, the WiFi is solid too, so you won’t be fighting with slow connections during video calls.

Why Guests Love It

That 9.4 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s the kind of place where small details are handled well — good water pressure, blackout curtains that actually work, and a washing machine that doesn’t sound like it’s about to explode. The value is honestly impressive for what you get, especially compared to hotels in Cluj-Napoca’s city center where you’d pay more for a standard room with half the space.

  Overall, this was by far my favorite stay in Cluj. If I would to be asked to recommend anything in terms of accommodation here, this would be it!
  
  Everything has a modern touch, is very well thought out and put together yet very practical for day-to-day use.
  
  The apartment itself is fully equipped with anything you could think of, including the kitchen, bathroom and the bedroom is very comfortable and has a calming effect, the blinds fully shut the sun in the morning and it’s perfect for sleeping in! 🙂 the soundproofing is also a great add on
  
  Whether you’re looking for a long term or short term/transit type-of stay it’s great as it accommodates the overall needs of individuals seamlessly.
  
  The surrounding area is very safe, has a local shop and close to 2 main grocery stores, along with a gas station nearby. In terms of parking and transportation, I preferred leaving my car parked in the parking spot provided by the host, as the bus station is right around the corner of the complex.
  
  Communication with the host was impeccable and very respectful, there is clearly a lot of effort involved in maintaining and providing great services among hosting apartments, but this one was top notch!

  De la prima interactiune cu gazda am stiut ca sunt oameni minunati ! Am simtit asta pe vocea lor si nu m-am inselat.Am stat o noapte alaturi de fica mea ! Gazada ne-oferit suportul necesar pentru a gasi cazarea precum si accesul ,la aceasta. In camera am gasit curatenie si un aranjament cu gust, atentie pana la ultimul detaliu. Bucatarie complet utilata si surpriza am gasit si cafeluta(foarte buna dupa drumul lung care l-am avut).Recomand cu caldura acceasta locatie !

  Totul este frumos,bine aranjat,cu foarte bun gust.
  Modern si liniste,cu o priveliste asupra cartierului Marasti.
  Garjul foarte bine plasat ,la subsol.,cu doua lifturi direct la apartament.
  Tern de joaca pentru copi,in interiorul curti a blcului.
