Here’s what I love about where this hotel sits — you’re in a peaceful residential area that feels authentically Romanian, but you’re not stuck out in the middle of nowhere. The tree-lined streets around Aleea Băișoara are perfect for morning walks, and I mean, couples clearly get it since they rate the location nearly perfect for romantic getaways. You know what’s great? You can actually experience Cluj-Napoca like a local here, away from the tourist crowds, but still reach the city center without any hassle. The neighborhood has this lived-in charm that you just don’t get when you’re staying right in the thick of things.

The Room Experience

My room was honestly better than I expected — spacious, thoughtfully designed, and with this attention to comfort that you notice in the little things. The furnishings feel contemporary but not cold, and there’s actually enough storage space (which, let’s be real, is rarer than it should be). What struck me most was how quiet everything was — thick walls, good windows, the kind of setup where you can actually get a proper night’s sleep. The bathroom was well-appointed too, with good water pressure and quality fixtures that work the way they’re supposed to.

Service & Atmosphere

The staff here operates more like hosts than hotel employees, which makes sense given the intimate scale of the property. They’re genuinely helpful without being hovering, and they clearly know their guests by name after a day or two.   The place was clean and had plenty of space. Parking is very easy to get into. Instructions where straight forward and easy to follow. Host has been amazing explaning to the last minute detail.
  
  What could be improved: It is on the 4th floor with no lift access. Not really a fault on the host side. Beware if you come with multiple heavy suitcases.

  Very nice stay! The apartment was clean and well-equipped, and the owner was very kind and helpful. There’s a bus stop nearby with excellent connections to the city center. We’d be happy to come back!

  Very good and clean apartment situated right next to a parking place. This is extremely important in a cityt like Cluj if you travel by car. All sorts of amenities, even coffee beans provided for the coffee machine.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is on the 5th floor and no elevator in place. Not a big problem for me, but a thing to keep in mind for others that may travel with heavy luggage.

  M-a surprins foarte placut atentia la detalii…. De la apa micelara si dischete demachiante… pana la fier de calcat, masa de calcat, pungi pt gunoi….
  Cafeaua cu spuma multa… parcare subterana cu bariera ( 12,50 lei).

  Locația este drăguță, mai izolată, dar are stație de autobuz fapt care este un plus pentru cei care nu folosesc Bolt sau Uber.
  Proprietarul foarte politicos.
  Aerul condiționat a fost un life saver
  
  What could be improved: La un moment dat, gazul din apartament s-a oprit și un aparat făcea un țiuit extrem de tare, dar proprietarul a venit imediat după ce l-am contactat și a rezolvat problema.
  Nu este o problemă pentru mine, dar apartamentul se află la etajul 5, just to keep in mind pentru unele persoane

  Die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach, da der Schlüssel vorher einer Bekannten übergeben wurde, bei der Abreise ist der Vermieter um 3.30 in der Früh erschienen, und hat mir mein Gepäck heruntergetragen.
  Die Wohnung ist im fünften Stock, besteht aus Wohnküche, Bad, und Schlafzimmer (über eine Treppe zu erreichen). Es war Geschirrspuelmittel, eine tolle Kaffeemaschine, besteck, Geschirr, etc alles da. Eine Waschmaschinen ist vorhanden. Ganz in der Nähe ist eine Bushaltestelle, sonst sind Supermärkte zu Fuss leicht erreichbar und eine große Einkaufsmall zu Fuss (15-20 Minuten) da. Der Aufenthalt hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
