The apartment I stayed in opened right onto it, and honestly, I spent more time out there than I expected. The design is clean and modern, but they’ve kept some of the original character of the building. Each unit has a proper kitchen, which is great because Cluj has these amazing local markets where you can pick up fresh produce and actually cook something decent.

Local Knowledge

Here’s something most visitors don’t realize — staying in this part of Cluj puts you within walking distance of some of the best local spots that aren’t in any guidebook. There’s a small bakery two blocks away that makes incredible cozonac, and the locals actually shop at the market on Strada Memorandumului, which is way better than the touristy ones. The parking situation is straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven in Romanian city centers will appreciate.

  Totul a fost ok, aproape de centru, parcare interioara, curățenie, dotări moderne, acces facil, bucătărie dotată, 2 bai , 2 dormitoare,living spațios, chek in mai devreme fara probleme.Comunicare foarte buna cu proprietarul, fara contact fizic. Am petrecut trei zile frumoase in superbul oraș Cluj Napoca, păcat de vremea ploioasă din doua după amieze .
  
  What could be improved: Poarta de acces din lemn masiv , veche. , greu de manevrat, ar trebui înlocuită . Deasemenea curtea interioara ar putea fi mai îngrijită , unii din proprietarii celorlalte case din curte fiind probabil mai puțin implicați .

  Casa e foarte bine împărțită și are tot ce ai nevoie. Am prins o perioadă friguroasă și n-am avut deloc probleme cu căldura, totul a fost exact așa cum a fost prezentat în poze și descriere. Mulțumim pentru găzduire!

  El alojamiento está increíble, muy limpio y espacioso. Está todo nuevo, la casa estaba muy calentita cuando llegamos. Tiene 2 alturas y dos baños uno arriba con las habitaciones y el otro abajo. Las camas son muy cómodas y la zona muy tranquila, dormimos muy bien. Al centro de la ciudad se llega en 10/15 min caminando. Una estupenda opción para visitar la ciudad en un alojamiento muy cómodo.
