The tram stop is close enough to be useful but far enough that you won’t hear it rumbling past your window all night.

The Room Experience

My room was honestly bigger than I expected for a mid-range place — Romanian hospitality seems to favor actual space over cramming in tiny boxes. The bed was proper comfortable, and they’ve clearly put thought into the details: good lighting for reading, enough outlets where you actually need them, and a bathroom that doesn’t require contortionist skills to use the shower. Nothing fancy, but everything works exactly as it should.

Practical Stuff That Matters

The staff here — well, they’re the kind of people who remember your name by day two and actually seem to enjoy helping you figure out where to go. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this part of town, but they’ll sort you out with solid advice about the best spots nearby. WiFi is reliable (I worked from there a couple days without wanting to throw my laptop out the window), and honestly, the whole place just runs smoothly without any of that over-the-top hotel theater.

  I liked the room, it looks very modern and luxurious. We stayed in the twin room, and the beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed the coffee. The host was very gracious and accommodating. Will be staying here again!
  
  What could be improved: The shower tiles were not sloped correctly toward the drainage, so there was quite a lot of manual water collection. This is in no way the host's fault.

  The place is new with some of the floors in the building still under renovation (no disturbance for guests however during my stay). High quality fixtures in the room, which was spacious. Walking distance to Piata Avram Iancu. The host was very nice and responsive.
