  What could be improved: Was lacking some basic stuff like extra toilet paper and coffee pods for the coffee machine. We rent it for 8 days. Also no A/C

  Apartament foarte curat. (curatenie generala foarte buna, lenjerie curata, prosoape curate, vesela si tacamuri curate, aparatura curata)
  Dotari foarte bune (electrocasnice de calitate, centrala pe gaz creaza un climat placut, garajul subteran de apreciat)
  Instructiuni foarte clare referitoare la check-in.

  What could be improved: Accesul la locatie : respectiv modul de predare a cheilor este foarte dificil si ambiguu explicat. Dupa multe telefoane si intrebari, o persoana umana a reusit sa ofere info necesare. Nu se ofera factura fiscala, iar informatia este oferita doar la final sejur.

  What could be improved: În primul rand comunicarea cu proprietarul , nu a răspuns la nici un mesaj iar la nr de telefon nici nu suna(nu functiona). A trebuit sa sun la Serv clienți Booking pt a vedea dacă totuși cazarea este reala pt ca mie nu-mi răspundea nimeni la mesaje. Apoi am primit instrucțiuni de check-in pe mail, unde a trebuit sa facem scanarea buletinelor și check-in-ul on line și majoritatea instrucțiunilor erau în engleza(nu e vorba ca nu știu engleza, dar totuși suntem în România și cred ca prima limba este româna)
  Alte probleme au fost :
  1. legat de cheia de la garaj, care funcționa foarte greu (pt ca erau gata bateriile în ea), am stat o data pana a venit cineva sa deschidă ușa garajului.
  2. Televizorul nu avea cablu TV, deci aveai televizor în camera dar nu aveai la ce te uita.
  3. Era mașină pt prepararea cafelei dar avea o singura capsulă (noi am stat 2 nopți)
  4. Nu era hârtie igienica la toaleta.
