What Makes It Special

For a three-star place, the attention to detail really surprised me. The room I stayed in had this thoughtful design — not trying too hard to be trendy, but everything just worked well together. The beds are actually comfortable (you know how hit-or-miss that can be), and the bathroom had proper water pressure, which honestly shouldn’t be remarkable but somehow still is in many places.

Practical Matters

The staff here genuinely seem to care about what they’re doing, which you notice in small ways — they remember your name, they actually listen when you ask for recommendations. Parking is available, and in Cluj-Napoca, that’s not something to take for granted. Breakfast is simple but well-done — local breads, good coffee, and they don’t try to do too much with mediocre ingredients.

  The room was quiet, clean and cool, plus the design was very quirky. I loved the bed as it was very comfortable. The staff were fantastic, couldn’t have asked for more. They were super accommodating and helpful.

  What could be improved: I had a very unpleasant experience with this property. Despite informing the hotel in advance that I would arrive late, they never sent me the entrance door code. When I finally managed to get inside, the room assigned to me had not been cleaned after the previous guest which was both unhygienic and unacceptable. Instead of resolving the issue on-site, they moved me to a different room in another hotel. It was already late, and I had no choice but to accept the arrangement. I was exhausted and had no say in the matter. When I requested a reimbursement for that night, the hotel refused, claiming they had “already provided another room.”—as if the inconvenience, lack of communication, and disruption to my plans didn’t matter. Adding to the frustration, housekeeping staff entered my room every morning despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed, showing complete disregard for privacy. Overall, the experience was chaotic, poorly managed, and far below the standards one should expect from a hospitality service.

  Este foarte aproape de centrul orasului, am facut aproximativ 5 minute de mers pe jos.
  Micul dejun este foarte bogat si variat. Difera de la zi la zi.
  Fiind a doua data cand ma cazez aici, pot spune despre camerele in care am stat ca sunt modernizate recent si foarte curate, iar fiecare are cate un design unic.
  Personalul este si el foarte dragut si amabil, de orice am avut nevoie m-au ajutat fara nici o ezitare.
  
  Recomand cu drag aceasta locatie daca va doriti o zona linistita, fara trafic, dar in acelasi timp aproape de centrul orasului si de spitale.

  Het ontbijt (exclusief) zeer goed en verzorgd. De kamer netjes en ruim. Personeel zeer behulpzaam. Hotel gelegen in een achterafstraatje op 12 minuten wandelen van het stadscentrum. Mooie stad met veel parken.
