  Right in the City Center with easy access to bars, restaurants and shops. Very friendly and professional staff.

  Location is prime in Cluj. Very Central in a cute pedestrian street.

  The location was ideal, in the centre of the old town and great for exploring the heart of Cluj.
  The room was spacious.
  Good air conditioning.
  Staff were friendly and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: The shower tray protruded and wasn't visible because it was black. When the white towel that was placed on the corner of the tray was removed, you could easily stub your toe. This happened on a few occasions!
  There was no fridge in the room.

  It was very tidy and clean. Also, the hotel’s location was great.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing I could criticize is the breakfast. Although there were quite a few options, I think there could have been more variety in the ingredients. That aside, our stay at The Fullton was nearly excellent.

  I often choose hotels basing on localization – and this time again I made a very good choice. The hotel is right in the middle of the cosy Old Town in Cluj, a short walk from the central Piata Unirii, which is also a pick up point for sightseeing tour. It was easy for my local partners to pick me up from the hotel to start our business activities. The room was very cosy, and extremly clean. The staff was most helpful. Breakfasts are served in the form of huge plates, and there is a choice of 6 different menus depening on one's taste, from sweet, via different meat and egg options, to delicious vegetarian one. In summary, I really enjoyed the stay.
  
  What could be improved: There is no elevator, but front desk staff member was very kind and carried my bag to my room himself.

  Location was excellent. Powerful shower. Comfort bad. 1 bottle of compliment water daily is a plus for me.
  
  What could be improved: My room too near a busy pub, every night you can hear talking laughing until 1am. Window need to close all the time to reduce noise.
