  Everything went smooth, very good communication, we were able to check in early, great location, close to Old Town and city center. The private parking was also an extra. Thank you for having us.
  
  What could be improved: Although the building is newly rebuilt the noise from outside is not quite something we liked. Also I belive that builders that made the interiors could have made a better job in regard of the rug, shower and on some other small things but I belive this has to be taken up by the property management to handle it. Otherwise good value for money and great location. Thank you

  Honestly, I couldn't think of a better place to stay while in Cluj. I know this may not apply to everyone but the private parking is a huge bonus, especially considering the surrounding area. As for the place itself, it feels like the prices should be way higher 🙂 The place feels so luxurious and cozy, it was almost tempting to spend more time inside rather than visiting the city. Another bonus is the "keyless" system. The garage, the main door, and your apartment door all unlock with access codes, which is exceptional, as you have one less thing to worry about. You can't lose your key if you don't have one, right? Next time we'll be in Cluj, there's only one option for our stay and one option only: GAVAS.

  I had a very pleasant experience during my stay. I especially want to mention the person who answers the phone — very polite and responsive, helped me with a request, for which I’m truly grateful. It’s always nice when you feel that guests are being taken care of.
  
  The room matches the photos, it’s clean, cozy, and nicely renovated — everything you need for a comfortable stay.
  
  What could be improved: There is some noise from the road. Also, it’s a bit inconvenient that you can’t really open the curtains, as the windows of neighboring buildings look directly in. A bit more privacy would be appreciated. Other than that — everything was great.

  The location is great, only 20 minute walk from the historical center.
  The free parking spaces are gated and big enough to park an SUV in.
  There are great restaurants, cafes and shops near the stay.
  The communication with the host was great, they responded quick at any time.
  The temperature in the room is very comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: You can sometimes hear the neighbors when they are talking too loud because the walls are not so good isolated.
