  There was an issue with the AC in my room. The manger immediately upgraded my room at no extra charge and even offered me a nice bottle of wine. Excellent service.

  A hotel that exceeded our expectations. Everything very clean and room has an extra large dressing with 2 sliding doors, both with mirrors that offered extra lighting.

  The location was great for the tennis competition, which was my primary reason for coming to Cluj, However, the city centre was a an easy walk through a lovely park from the hotel….it could not have been better.
