When I first arrived in Cluj-Napoca, I wasn’t sure what to expect from this four-star place, but the moment I stepped inside, I knew I’d found something special. The name gives it away — this is all about that private jacuzzi and sauna experience, which you’ll have completely to yourself.

The Space & What Makes It Work

The apartment sits on the second floor of a quiet residential building, and you know what? I actually preferred this to being in a busy hotel lobby. The space feels more like staying at a friend’s really nice place — if your friend happened to have impeccable taste and a serious thing for wellness amenities. The skyview part of the name isn’t just marketing speak either; the windows actually frame Cluj-Napoca’s skyline pretty beautifully, especially in the evening when the city lights start twinkling.

The Wellness Experience

Here’s where things get interesting — the jacuzzi and sauna setup is genuinely impressive for what’s essentially a private room. I mean, you’re not sharing this with other guests or dealing with hotel schedules; it’s yours whenever you want it. After spending days walking around Cluj-Napoca’s old town (which, by the way, is about a 15-minute drive from here), soaking in that jacuzzi while looking out at the city was exactly what I needed. The sauna heats up properly too — none of that lukewarm disappointment you sometimes get.

Location & Getting Around

The Nirajului area is residential and quiet, which I actually loved for sleeping but you’ll want to plan your transportation. It’s not walking distance to the main sights, but that also means you’re away from the tourist crowds and can experience Cluj-Napoca more like a local would. There’s parking available, which is honestly a blessing in this city — anyone who’s tried to park in Cluj’s center knows what I’m talking about. Taxis and ride-shares reach this area easily enough, and the hosts are pretty good about giving you navigation tips.

With a 9.9 rating, this place clearly hits the mark for most visitors, and I can see why. It’s that combination of having your own wellness retreat while still being in the city — you get privacy, space to spread out, and amenities that most hotels charge premium rates for. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a functional kitchen if you want to grab groceries from the local shops. Plus, there’s something oddly satisfying about having your own little sanctuary in a residential neighborhood, especially after busy days exploring Cluj-Napoca’s cafes, museums, and that beautiful Botanical Garden.

  Everything was perfect!
  The chicken is fully equipped: plates, cutlery, anything you need. The design of the apartment is so modern and chic. We loved the led’s in the corridor that are such a nice touch when going to the bathroom at night. Also you can find detergent (for the washing machine) and lots of amenities in the bathrooms. (robes, extra towels, all you need). It’s the little things that make the difference! The beds are super comfy, and so is the couch.
  The terrace is amazing to relax. The jacuzzi was the cherry on top. 🛁
  We did not get the chance to use the sauna but it looked amazing. The place was very clean also!
  There is also space to park in the garage.
  The host was very helpful and nice 🫶🏼

  Everything is perfect💯 Alexandra, the host is very nice & always ready to answer all my requests quickly. She prepared alot of treats not only for us adults but also for the kids as well. You really feel like HOME 🏡 Just 8-10mins from the Airport & same as going to the centre. Near supermarket & also to Iulious Mall.   Exceeded our expectations – this apartment was better than a 5-star hotel as it provides a private next gen Wellis Jacuzzi and a private sauna in a beautifully designed and brand-new penthouse! We spent 3 nights in this spotless flat – there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces. Hosts supplied fresh coffee beans, many varieties of tea, cookies, and there is a fancy automatic coffee machine – use that if you want to instantly wake up in the morning! Every detail reflected high quality, and the hosts were exceptional, always friendly and responsive, making our stay hassle-free and enjoyable.
  Without any doubt whatsoever, I highly recommend this for an ideal getaway!

  We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Jacuzzi & Sauna Skyview apartment. The most impressive aspect was the coziness of the place, which created a calm and inviting atmosphere—perfect for unwinding.
  
  The hot tub and sauna facilities were amazing and added an extra touch of luxury and relaxation to the experience. The apartment was also immaculately clean, with fresh linens and a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep.
  
  The free parking was a big bonus for us, as it gave us peace of mind without worrying about the car. Additionally, the digital lock made access to the apartment very easy and convenient.
  
  We also noticed that the garage includes a car charger kit for electric vehicles. Although it wasn't relevant for us since we don't have an electric car, it's definitely a great feature for those who do.
  
  Overall, this apartment provided the perfect combination of comfort, relaxation, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free getaway!
