The old town comes alive in the evenings, and you’ll hear the gentle hum of conversation from the cafés below, but it’s never too loud. It’s that sweet spot where you feel connected to the city’s pulse without being overwhelmed by it.

Local Life

You know what’s great? The morning coffee ritual here. There’s this little café just around the corner where locals grab their espresso before work, and you can actually join that rhythm instead of feeling like a tourist observer. The parking situation is typical old town — a bit tricky but manageable if you’re driving. Honestly though, once you’re here, you won’t need a car much since everything worth seeing is walkable.

• Amazing stay in the middle of Cluj – Razvan from Romania – August 11, 2025 (10/10)

  We had an amazing stay, the apartment is very nicely furnished, clean and modern. Full kitchen and all the amenities you might need for your stay. The location is as good as it gets, in the middle of the old town, with plenty of amazing restaurants within walking distance.

  The apartment in the centre of Cluj-Napoca – close to the public transportation, shops, restaurants, bars; it is located in an old building, but everything inside is renovated, starting from the underfloor heating and ending with the coffee machine – all is perfect; I really liked the beautiful lighting! I also liked the interesting design – it is not an ordinary apartment, for sure; it is also worth emphasizing the large and comfortable bed; finally I must say that the owner personally picked me up from the airport and took me back without charging any fee – very kind!; to sum up, good location, well-prepared apartment and very polite owner – everything worth recommending!
  
  What could be improved: The apartment door opens to the back of the restaurant, which may be uncomfortable at first, but in practice it doesn't bother you; also, some parts of the building are worn out, but inside the apartment, everything is perfect

  The apartment is located in a very convenient location in the very center, but there is no noise of bars. We are very grateful that we have agreed on the possibility of early check-in. The apartment is cozy, clean, there is water and the opportunity to cook 🙏🏽

  I had an absolutely delightful stay at this apartment. The location is truly unbeatable, right in the heart of the city where all the action is. The apartment was impeccably clean and equipped with top-quality amenities, including sparkling water on tap and high-end hygiene products. The autonomous check-in process, accessed through a code, was a huge convenience. The owner was incredibly attentive and kind, making sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

  Locatia foarte buna, design modern, curat, apa filtrata buna de baut, comunicarea cu gazda foarte ok.
  
  What could be improved: Din pacate, pe parcursul sederii am intampinat un miros foarte neplacut de canalizare, care ne-a intrat pana si in haine si ne-a insotit si in urmatoarele zile de vacanta. Desi am stat doar o noapte si am zis ca rezistam cu mirosul ala asa, e un lucru neplacut care trebuie rezolvat cumva.
