  What could be improved: Bad communication with host throughout the stay. Couldn't enter building, code not provided, host not answering phone. Coffee machine broken/not working. Only one coffee capsule left for two day stay (suggesting host knew about the broken coffee machine). Soap mixed with water in bathroom. No shampoo. No microwave. Felt like hosts are cheap. Did not reply or fixed issued.

  What could be improved: That everything was too new and not ready to receive guests. First of all we had trouble finding the subterranean parking spot, as it wasn’t clearly described on the instructions. Then, I hadn’t been able to get inside to take the keys because I didn’t receive the code from the front door. Once we managed to get in after 3 phone calls with the administrator, we found that there wasn’t any toilet paper. Had to call again and we received after 30 minutes one roll of toilet paper… in the kitchen there were some appliances and a coffee machine, but with 0 coffee pods. I had to go at 1am to buy some medicine for an allergy reaction due to the powerful bedsheets smell of chlorine.

  Proprietarul a fost deosebit de amabil. Am primit toate detaliile necesare pentru a avea un acces cat mai facil la locație. Apartamentul are parcare subterana, un lucru deosebit de util in Cluj.
