  Good location, right in the city center. Everything you like to visit is at a very short walking distance: old town, cetatuia, turnul pompierilor, central park, stadium etc. Coffee shop, grocery store and small mall just in front. We had free coffee and a dolce gusto coffee machine.
  
  What could be improved: The name “Luxury” has nothing to do with the reality. The facility is an annex inside a very sketchy looking inner courtyard between old buildings. At some point everything was new but now it all smells like mold and hard to breathe air. No iron, no AC, curtains do not cover the entire window, the bathroom was not clean and the drain was clogged causing water to be all over the place, the sheets and pillows had a weird smell, tv programms not working, no free parking. Be careful as Parking is very expensive in the city center. Although the owner seemed helpful and communicative we signaled the above problems yet nothing was solved. Overall if you do not care where you sleep and require close to 0 confort and facilities it’s a good option.

  What could be improved: Probably the worst accommodation i have ever tried to stay in. Not that it was not clean, it was dirty as an abandoned place, with mold at the window and doors.
  Seems that the owner is not too interested in the condition of the property.
  It was dust everywhere. Too bad that I can’t upload a video here, but you can find id on maps.
  We left after the first night. The central heating was not working during the night and in the morning it was pretty cold.
  The interior court of the location seems like abandoned, zero involvement.

  Comunicare excelenta cu proprietarul, locatia perfecta, Netflix la tv, pat confortabil.
  
  What could be improved: Singurele chestii, as pune un gel de dus in baie (era sampon, era crema de corp, probabil gelul se terminase) si o polita mica in dus.

  Spațiu de locuit plăcut, locație ultracentrala, dar in interior este liniște, astfel că te poți odihni bine. Centrala termică funcțională, caloriferele asigură o incalzire eficientă a intregului spațiu, în ciuda frigului de afară. Prezența chicinetei este binevenită, cu posibilitatea de a pregăti un mic dejun/un fel de mâncare nesofisticat. Proprietar de treabă.
