The location in Cluj-Napoca is honestly perfect if you want to experience the city like a local rather than a tourist. You’re in a residential area that feels authentically Romanian, but it’s not isolated — the city center is easily reachable, and there’s actually decent parking nearby, which anyone who’s driven in Cluj will tell you is a minor miracle. The neighborhood has that lived-in vibe where you’ll see families heading to work and kids playing in courtyards.

What really sets this place apart is how they’ve designed each apartment to feel like home, not a hotel room. The one I stayed in had this well-equipped kitchenette that actually made me want to cook — and I’m someone who usually lives on takeout when traveling. The space flows naturally, with enough room to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. I mean, after weeks in standard hotel rooms, having a proper living area was a game-changer.

Daily Life & Amenities

Mornings here feel different than in traditional hotels. Instead of rushing down to a crowded breakfast buffet, you can take your time making coffee in your own space. The building itself is quiet — I never felt like I was staying in some party hostel situation.   What could be improved: the walls are too thin and you can hear the neighbors, there was an office building opposite and you are not very comfortable during the day

  Very comfortable bed, clean apartment, good amenities, good location.
  
  What could be improved: There were no window curtains, only blackout blinds, and the apartment is on the second floor, with huge windows and right across from a busy office building. You couldn't stay in the apartment without the blackout blinds closed otherwise everyone would see from the street in the apartment.
  
  The finishes were a bit old, and the owners only left 1 coffee pod for the machine even though we booked for 1 week total and 2 people for the weekend. They did not check in with us at what hour the cleaner was to come, and the cleaner just walked in on us and did not reschedule. Moreover, only got one roll of toilet paper for the week as well.
  
  Overall, the apartment is nice, but definitely overpriced, compared to an hotel, considering the amenities and similar apartments in the area.

  Apartamentul este foarte fain mobilat si este situat într-o zonă bună.

  Apartamentul este intr-un condominiu nou, situat foarte aproape de zona centrala si a cladirilor de birouri, mobilat cu bun gust si modern.
  Gazda este primitoare si mi-a raspuns la toate solicitarile, exista parcare subterana gratuia, supermarket la parterul blocului si restaurante foarte aproape.
  Aparat cafea (si cafea bineinteles), apa minerala si Netflix, sunt doar cateva din surprizele placute oferite de gazda.
  
  What could be improved: Singura problema intampinata a fost legata de scurgerea infundata de la dus,problema care am comunicat-o gazdei si in mod sigur va fi remediata.
  Perfect pentru un sejur la Cluj.

  Foarte spatios si luminos datorita geamurilor mari
  Cosy, bucatarie complet mobilata, design wow
  Un alt plus : faptul ca asigura loc de parcare in parcarea subterana
  
  What could be improved: Mi ar fi placut sa existe la baie o polita/dulapior suapendat la cabina de dus, pt a nu depozita produsele direct pe jos

  Locația excelentă, apartament nou, bine dotat și utilat. Curat și cu un design modern.
  Un mare atu este parcarea subterană.
