The building is one of those solid Romanian blocks that locals know well, and you’re basically living like a Cluj resident for however long you’re there.

Location & Neighborhood

What I love about this spot is that you’re in a real Cluj-Napoca neighborhood — not some touristy bubble. The Mănăștur area might not be the historic center, but it’s where actual people live and work, which means you’ll find authentic Romanian life happening around you. There’s decent parking nearby (always a relief in Romanian cities), and you can actually walk to several local shops and cafés that don’t cater specifically to tourists.

The Space

The studio itself is surprisingly spacious for what you’d expect from the name. The kitchen is fully functional — I mean, you could actually cook a proper meal here if you wanted to, not just heat up instant coffee. The room layout makes smart use of every square meter, with thoughtful storage solutions that show someone really considered how travelers actually live in a space. Everything feels clean and modern without being sterile or impersonal.

Daily Comforts

You know what really impressed me? The attention to small details that matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night. The Wi-Fi actually works well (crucial if you’re working remotely), and the hot water pressure is consistent — trust me, that’s not always a given in Romanian accommodations. The windows face away from the main street noise, so you can sleep without the usual urban soundtrack that comes with city stays.

This place works because it’s honest about what it is — a comfortable, well-maintained studio that gives you independence and space to breathe. The 10-point rating makes sense when you consider the value you’re getting for your money.   The apartament is super clean, brand new and equipped with all amenities. Ultra smart tv, premium towels, slippers, bluetooth speaker, coffee, soda drinks etc.
  
  Jacuzzi is spacious and new, right in the bedroom. It has multiple options and light scenes.
  
  Location was quiet and safe with a private garden.

  I liked the whole layout and design of the apartment. It gives you a feel of luxury, with a sense of minimalism, which I liked very much. The garden is well-maintained and there are plenty of seating options.

  Am fost împreună cu soția mea pentru o noaptea O locație care ne-a surprins cu totul, cu multe facilități lumini ambientale și Halate curate prosoape , șlapi de casă, baie impecabilă curată , bucătăria nota 1000, și multe altele , superbă din toate punctele , curățenie impecabilă , dormitor impecabil cu tot felul de luminițe și jacuzzi cu tot felul de lumini schimbătoare tavanul impecabil cu luminițe în dormitor, îți oferă o relaxare totală , ai toate utilitățile de care te poți folosii , o să revin tot timpul la această cazare superbă 10/10🙏🏼
