  We really enjoyed our stay — the apartment is modern, comfortable, and close to the park.
  The terrace and air conditioning were great.
  Right downstairs there’s a grocery store, which made the stay even more convenient.
  You also get a free garage parking spot.
  Well-built apartment and flexible check-in.
  
  What could be improved: Some requirements (like cleaning?) were only communicated after booking. Also the Visitor rules were unclear and had to be clarified through messages.(attached)
  The parking garage has a very steep entrance (level -2) — unless you have an SUV, your car will likely scrape underneath. Once inside the garage, it’s easy to get lost as the exits to the stairs/elevator are not well indicated.
