  I definitely recommend it! Location close to the center, very quiet, underground parking. Detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment, good contact with the landlords – you can see their commitment. The apartment itself has a nice view, well-soundproofed, well-equipped, as described. Clean and tidy.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing missing from the equipment was a mop for shower water (there is a regular mop). The apartment has a poor drain in the bathroom and too short a shower glass, which causes water to spill out of the cabin.

  Beautiful rooms, really nice furniture, very clean, amazing fresh coffee, superb modern bathroom, very well soundproofed. We came to this place from another more central one that wasn't soundproofed and we could here all noises from outside. Easy access to the flat, key inside a box. Had a garage, but we didn't use it as we didn't have a car. Really happy, will definitely come back again.
