But if you value space, privacy, and that home-away-from-home feeling, Urbio Private Suites really delivers. The 9.3 rating makes sense when you experience it — everything just works smoothly. Cluj-Napoca itself is underrated compared to Bucharest or Brasov, and staying here gives you a more authentic way to experience the city. Plus, having a kitchen means you can hit the local markets and actually cook with Romanian ingredients, which is something you can’t do in a regular hotel room.
