  This is an ideal area to live in. Nearby is a park, shops, a lake, a mall.
  Large apartment, excellent communication with the owner.
  The apartment is clean. Easy to get in. Parking is nearby, although not underground.

  What could be improved: The lack of a dishwasher for this level of apartment is a bit strange. Not enough towels for 4 people. There were no towels in the kitchen at all.

  i liked a lot that the apartment was exactly as in pictures and we had everything we needed: hairdryer, vacuum cleaner etc. it was so clean and the apartment is very spacious. the thing we liked a lot about the apartment was the terrace

  It would be better to have in the shower feet towel and also it was very clean, but take care under the bed also, in the light you can notice it.

  It has a comfortable bed, a large fridge, and a coffee machine with capsules.
  
  Parking is available, although the visitor spots are not directly next to the building.
  
  The check-in was handled personally by the owner, since the key box is located inside the building and requires access through the intercom.
  
  What could be improved: Even though the apartment looks like in the pictures, on closer inspection you can notice peeling paint on the walls and quite a few spider webs.
  
  The microwave was not cleaned; when I opened it, there was still a bowl of food inside with a strong smell.
  
  The TV remote control was nowhere to be found.
