  The location was really good. Air conditioning. Spacious. Easy access. Close to a supermarket, and bus stop. Quite quiet at night.
  
  What could be improved: – we didn't like that after booking we received a message saying that after sending the ID/passport we will get the access information. We didn't get the information until around 2h before after we called the host, so that created an additional stress for the trip.
  – the bed was extremely bad. we really should have read the reviews properly before booking. the mattress is old and stained. the wood that holds the mattress has been broken and repaired several times. the wood is moving so the mattress can fall on the floor, and the person sleeping on that side of the bed cannot rest due to the shape of the mattress.
  – for an entire week we only had one set of towels each, which was really a struggle.
  – there was no access to a washing machine (as advertised) but there was a locked room in the apartment which we believe had a washing machine since when we arrived there were bed sheets drying on the balcony. we suggest that for long-term accommodation people are given access to it.
  – the apartment needs a lot of renovations. It looks amazing in the pictures and it was great when renovated but now it is full of scratches on the walls, doors, the desk in the bedroom, the kitchen counter, there are stains on the sofa, carpet in the living room …
  – the cleaning needs to be absolutely improved. It was obvious that there was no cleaning company used (and if it was, they are really doing a bad job, so please please please change them) because the bathtub area was full of signs of mold, and the carpet in the bathroom was really worn
  – for an entire week we only received 2 dishwasher capsules, please provide more
  – we could not find any bags for the trash
  – there was no coat hanger in the hallway
  – the bathroom mirror was positioned to high and it was damaged

  Este o locație minunată aproape de Iulius, ai cam tot de ce ai nevoie cu mici excepții. Acum pe timp de iarnă a fost destul de cald. De asemenea, îi o locație liniștită și cu o priveliște frumoasă.
  
  What could be improved: Salteaua de la pat ar trebui schimbată. La duș câteva secunde este apă caldă după care se face în rece, nu îi stabilă.
  Referitor la bucătărie ai cam tot de ce ai nevoie, ar fi bine și un fierbător. Ceea ce ține de burete pentru spălat vasele ar trebui de pus lângă robinet, nu consider că este potrivit să stea lângă coșul de gunoi ( am considerat că îi buretele pentru vase, deoarece nu am găsit altul). Ușa de la intrare un pic greu se deschide. În rest mi-a plăcut sejurul!😊
