  Even nicer than in the photos — everything is brand new, with quality renovation and modern furniture. The complex is fresh, upscale, and very clean, with high-end materials. Convenient underground parking, still half empty. Located on the edge of the city, it’s easy to drive in and out, and there’s a Lidl supermarket right on the ground floor.
  
  What could be improved: One small note: the bedroom needs a curtain — we used a sheet instead.

  Очень уютная, комфортная и современная квартира со свежим ремонтом. Мебель вся новая. Посуда на кухне имеется. Большой балкон. Подземная парковка. На нулевом этаже магазин LIDL. Гипермаркет Auchan и все остальные Sportisimo и т,д, находятся рядом. В старый город идет 102-й трамвай или 14 троллейбус. Остановка у дома в 50-ти метрах. Хозяина мы даже не видели, он нам выслал все подробные инструкции через WhatsApp. Спасибо большое! Нам очень понравилось!
