You’re about a 15-minute walk from the historic center, which means you get the best of both worlds — easy access to Cluj’s main attractions without the noise and crowds right outside your window. I found myself enjoying those walks into town, especially in the evening when the tree-lined streets are beautifully lit.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in felt thoughtfully designed rather than cookie-cutter corporate. You know what struck me most? The attention to local touches — artwork from Romanian artists, quality linens that actually felt comfortable, and windows that opened properly for fresh air. The bathroom was compact but functional, with good water pressure (always a concern when traveling). There’s free WiFi throughout, and it actually works well enough for video calls.

Dining & Amenities

Casa Eni doesn’t have an on-site restaurant, but they serve a solid breakfast that changes daily based on what’s fresh and local. The staff genuinely knows the neighborhood and will point you toward hidden gems for dinner — places you’d never find on your own. Parking is available, which is honestly a godsend in Cluj where street parking can be a nightmare, especially during the university term.

  -You can walk to the center through the park and the buses that take you there are even closer.
  -There's a shopping mall within walking distance.
  -You can park the car in the courtyard in front of the house.
  -The house was in good condition.
  
  What could be improved: -For 6 people the house is a bit small.
  -The separate toilet underneath the stairs is small as well.
  -Parking spaces can also be too small for larger cars.

  What could be improved: The house is an improvisation for guests. You can't call a toilet and a small sink put in the storage space under the stairs a bathroom. The attick door couldn't be closed, and it was rather creepy. One room didn't have windows. The owner's stuff (boots, shoes) was all over the house. Spiderweb in more rooms and the toilet wasn't clean, nor the towels.

  Świetny obiekt. Przestronny i dobrze wyposażony. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko Cluj Arena i pięknego Parku. W spokojnym miejscu, ale blisko atrakcji. Wspaniała, przyjazna właścielka. Polecam.
