Here’s what I love about the location — you’re genuinely in the heart of things without dealing with the chaos that sometimes comes with city center hotels. The old town is literally a five-minute stroll, and I mean an actual relaxed walk, not one of those “five minutes if you sprint” situations that hotel descriptions usually promise. You can easily reach the main square, grab dinner at any number of excellent Romanian restaurants, or just wander the cobblestone streets when you feel like exploring.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was honestly better than I expected from the photos online. Clean lines, comfortable bedding, and — this might sound minor but it matters — really good lighting for both working and relaxing. The bathroom was modern and spacious enough that you don’t feel like you’re maneuvering around obstacles. What struck me most was the attention to small details, like having actual hangers instead of those weird attached ones that never work properly.

Daily Rhythms

Breakfast happens in their bright, airy dining space, and it’s one of those spreads that hits the sweet spot between variety and quality. You’ve got your international options, but they also include some Romanian specialties that are actually worth trying. The coffee is proper strong — something I genuinely appreciate after too many hotel stays with weak, disappointing morning brews. Staff members are helpful without being hovering, which creates this nice relaxed atmosphere in the mornings.

  The apartment has a great vibe. It is modern, spacious and cozy. The area is close to grocery shops, market and the old town can be reached by foot. We could check-in earlier than expected. It was great for us after 7 hours of driving. We thank the owners for the positive response to our request. The check-in instructions were very easy to understand and follow. We would love to rent it again if we find it available on our next visit to Cluj. Thank you!

  The place is nice, spacious and with a lot of natural light. Enough space for storing things (something that you don't always get) and nice kitchen appliances. The bed is huge and the bedsheets are top quality.

  Este la 10 min de mers pe jos de centrul orașului. O locație curata, aranjata, spatioasa și cocheta. Toate în interior sunt funcționale. Din partea casei am avut ceai și cafea. PARCAREA este punctul forte al acestei cazări. Se afla la subsolul clădirii; acces ușor, iar apoi cu liftul spre apartament. Zona este liniștită ( am auzit păsările dimineața din curtea interioara); patul /salteaua confortabile, iar zona de birou utila celor care mai au ceva de terminat pentru serviciu :).
