  What could be improved: Entrance to the building was dark. We had difficulty finding the right apartment because the wrong number was indicated. But overall a good place to stay for 3 adults.

  Am ales acest apartament in principal datorită amplasării peste drum de Casa de Cultură a Studenților, deci l-aș recomanda oricărei persoane care are într-un fel sau altul treabă acolo (ca artist, impresar etc). Apartamentul este echipat la standarde foarte bune, are bucătărie deschisă și un living spațios. Baia e și ea mare și amenajată meritoriu. Cine vrea să gătească ceva mai complex are toate echipamentele necesare la dispoziție, inclusiv cuptor electric. Dar mai bine mergi la Zama, e la 2 minute de mers pe jos. Si Gradina Botanica e foarte aproape, trebuie doar sa urci putin panta.
  
  What could be improved: Datorită suprafeței mari, înălțimii plafonului și mai ales lipsei unor ferestre cu geam termoizolant, temperatura in living nu depășește 21,5 grade Celsius iarna chiar și in condițiile in care caloriferele duduie. Ca urmare, dacă lași consola wireless de termostat in living setata la 21 de grade sau mai sus, temperatura va creste foarte lent sau va stagna in living. În schimb, ca urmare a forjării centralei termice, va ajunge in cele doua dormitoare, mai mici si bine izolate, la valori inconfortabile – adica chiar si 26-27 grade. Drept urmare as recomanda proprietarului sa faca un upgrade geamurilor de la living recurgând însă, în mod ideal, tot la tâmplărie de lemn. Pînă atunci e preferabilă plasarea panoului cu termostat intr-unul din dormitoare.
