  Very comfortable, clean and perfectly located appartaments. It is 20min walk from city center and 20min from Julius mall. Beautiful old city, tasty food and warm people. Our host Bogdan is very dedicated and hospitable person with good english. He gives us good advices and helped us a lot with all our questions. Highly recommended place to stay

  Very good location within walking distance to the city center, which can also be reached by public transport. Well fitted kitchen. Although it got a bit hot because of the 10th floor, the AC did its job. The elevators were very useful. Contactless check-in provided good flexibility. The underground garage is a big plus.
  
  What could be improved: The windows did not have any blinds, only drapes, and one of the windows in the main room had neither. The couch in the living room was not particularly comfy for sleeping.

  What could be improved: In the description of the apartment it is written that it has a microwave, but it was not functional. We needed the microwave to sterilize the baby's bottles. Also when we arrived there were towels hanging in the living room to be dried and a load of sheets in the washing machine.

  Location was good. It was great to have garage because we came with car. It was very easy to get keys from the flat. Host sent us precise instructions in time. View from the flat was lovely. Rooms had enough space. It was great to have dishwasher and washing machine. Also we enjoyed to have coffee machine, and coffee was quite good. Sitting sofa was big and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We could barely use kitchen knives because they vere not sharp at all.
