But stepping inside completely changed my perspective — this four-star property has that polished, contemporary feel that immediately puts you at ease. The lobby’s clean lines and warm lighting create this welcoming atmosphere that feels more like a boutique hotel than traditional serviced apartments.

What I really love about this location is how genuinely local it feels while still being incredibly accessible. You’re in a proper residential area of Cluj-Napoca, which means you get to experience the city like locals do — there’s a fantastic bakery just around the corner where I’d grab fresh pastries every morning. The tram stops nearby actually connect you to the historic center in about fifteen minutes, but honestly, I found myself walking more often because the route takes you through some charming residential streets you’d never see otherwise.

Each apartment here feels thoughtfully designed rather than just furnished — there’s a real attention to detail that you notice in the little things. The kitchen is genuinely functional (not just decorative like some places), with proper cookware and a full-size fridge that actually matters when you’re staying more than a couple nights. I mean, the living spaces are generous enough that you don’t feel cramped, and the beds are surprisingly comfortable for what could easily be generic apartment-style accommodation.

What struck me most was how naturally this place fits into your travel routine. The housekeeping team respects your space — they’re thorough but not intrusive, which matters when you’re trying to settle into a temporary home base. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout (I worked from the living room several mornings without issues), and there’s decent parking if you’re driving, though honestly, you won’t need a car much once you’re here.

That 9.8 rating really makes sense once you’ve spent a few days here. It’s not about flashy amenities or over-the-top service — it’s about getting the fundamentals exactly right.   The host is incredibly friendly and responsive. Great communication, no issues whatsoever. The studio has everything I needed for a few days' stay. It's not located in the city center, but it's within walking distance and close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes & whatever else you may need. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely rebook.

  Great experience staying at this apartment! Modern, slick and stylish design. Quiet surrounding, not far from the downtown– 20 min. walking. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from kitchen appliances to freshly washed linens, and a lot cleaning supplies.
  
  Another highlight is the spotless cleanliness. It seems as freshly renovated as all furniture is new.
  
  The apartment is perfect for anyone looking for a small, but comfortable, clean, and we'll organised space.
  
  Additionally, the host, Roxana, was exceptionally responsive and helpful. She was always ready to provide clear guidelines for the entrance and the parking slot, recommendations for local restaurants, public transport, and parking, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

  The room was clean, and had a nice kitchen. Location of the apartment is good.
  
  What could be improved: We had some problem with the check in. In the description it wasn't mentioned that only online check in is possible on a link, which was provided by the host. As per the Booking.com advice, we did not share personal information on the link, but the host insisted to do so. We refused due to privacy concern. The host asked us to cancel our booking, but at that point it wasn't possible to do without charge. We tried to ask the host to cancel by herself without response. A day later the host changed her mind and the online check in was cancelled. The other issue was, we wrote to the host in English, but the response was in Romanian all the time. It was a bit confusing, but finally both problems were solved with her flexibility.

  I recently had the pleasure of staying in a stunningly designed apartment that felt like a true home away from home.   The interior design was a perfect blend of modern aesthetics and homey comfort. The living space featured sleek, contemporary furniture that seamlessly harmonized with the warm and inviting atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail; the tasteful artwork and strategically placed lighting accents really made the space feel like a thoughtfully curated sanctuary.
  Not only was the design visually appealing, but the functionality and convenience of the space were also top-notch. The kitchen was equipped with modern appliances and the bedroom with a comfortable bed with crisp linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
  In summary, this apartment exceeded all my expectations. Its modern design, cozy atmosphere, and inviting ambiance made it a true home away from home. The attention to detail in the interior and the soothing ambient perfume truly made this stay unforgettable. I cannot recommend this gem highly enough, and I am eagerly anticipating my next visit!
  
  What could be improved: However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks that are worth mentioning. The apartment did not come with a reserved parking space, which was a bit inconvenient at times. Fortunately, there was a parking lot nearby, but it would have been nice to have a dedicated spot for added peace of mind.
  
  Additionally, the exterior and general condition of the apartment building left something to be desired. It was a bit of a contrast compared to the beautiful interior of the apartment, but once inside, it was easy to forget the building's shortcomings.

  Beautiful studio flat, very clean and with everything you need in order to have a comfortable stay.
  Also, location is great near the city centre which of course is a bonus.

  The place is almost perfect. It’s very clean, organized, and quiet. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is great. Location is decent – about 15-20 minutes from the central area. Roxana was an amazing host: super responsive and genuinely eager to make sure we had a great stay.
  
  What could be improved: The only real downside for me was the lighting in the room at night. There are too many blinking lights from electronics, and the space gets quite bright early in the morning due to the lack of blackout curtains – and part of the room doesn’t have any curtains at all. As a light sleeper, I really need darkness to sleep well, so that was a bit challenging.
