You’re not staying in some touristy hotel zone; you’re actually living like a local for a few days.

The local grocery store is literally around the corner, and there’s this little restaurant two blocks down that serves the best mici I had during my entire stay in Romania. You know what? Sometimes being slightly off the beaten path is exactly what you need.

The Wi-Fi actually works properly (trust me, this isn’t always a given), the shower has decent pressure, and there’s plenty of hot water even in the evening. Parking can be found on the street without too much hassle, though you might need to circle the block once or twice during busy periods. The apartment stays quiet at night too — these residential buildings have thick walls that block out most street noise.

With a 9.9 rating, this place is clearly doing something right, and after staying here, I get it.
